Understanding
What picture of the business emerges when AI interprets the available information?

The Practice
Businesses have spent decades thinking about how customers understand them.
AI introduces another interpretive layer. Prospective clients can now use AI to research markets, compare options, investigate expertise and decide who deserves further consideration before direct contact ever begins.
Strategic Advantage focuses on the question that comes first: what does AI currently understand about the business, and does that understanding accurately reflect its real-world expertise, authority and reputation?
The Founders
Strategic Advantage is led by Roseann and Mark Lowe, whose backgrounds span strategic positioning, narrative, business leadership, enterprise technology, software architecture, digital platforms and implementation.
Their perspectives are different but deliberately complementary. Roseann focuses on clarity, positioning and how expertise is communicated. Mark focuses on the technical and information structures that shape how AI systems identify, interpret and trust that expertise.
The work is delivered as one senior-led advisory practice, not as separate service disciplines.

Co-Founder
Roseann Lowe is Co-Founder of Strategic Advantage. Her work spans strategic positioning, narrative, business leadership and implementation, helping founders and market leaders translate complex ideas into clear, decision-ready communication.
She approaches communication as a process of creating clarity rather than persuasion. Her work connects positioning, websites, research, thought leadership and digital authority so the depth of a business’s expertise is represented coherently.
Roseann is the creator of The Decision-Order™ Method, a sequencing framework for environments where credibility, judgment and trust influence decisions over time. Before co-founding Strategic Advantage, she founded and led a multi-million-dollar e-commerce business for more than fifteen years before its successful sale. She has since worked alongside founders, executives and luxury real estate professionals navigating growth, repositioning and complex digital environments.
Within Strategic Advantage, Roseann focuses on whether the story the business tells, the evidence it presents and the commercial authority it has earned form one coherent picture.

AI Visibility Strategist and Co-Founder
Mark Lowe is an AI Visibility Strategist and Co-Founder of Strategic Advantage. He brings more than three decades of experience across enterprise software development, systems architecture, digital platforms, e-commerce, search and online marketing.
His work addresses the technical foundations of AI Visibility, including entity architecture, structured data, website and information architecture, digital authority and technical implementation. He approaches the field as an information architecture challenge in which websites, content, third-party citations, reviews and trusted references must form a coherent digital entity.
Before co-founding Strategic Advantage, Mark held senior technical and consulting roles delivering complex software and digital solutions across multiple industries. He later built and scaled e-commerce platforms integrating Amazon, Walmart, payment systems, logistics and large-scale web applications before applying that experience to search, digital marketing and AI systems.
Within Strategic Advantage, Mark focuses on the technical and information architecture required to make expertise, authority and entity relationships legible to AI systems. His work with select luxury real estate professionals combines technical implementation with long-term authority development.
He also writes about entity optimization, Answer Engine Optimization, structured data and the architecture behind how AI evaluates trust and authority online.

Founder perspective
What connects our work is a shared belief that authority has to be communicated clearly, supported by credible evidence and connected in a way that allows both people and AI systems to understand it accurately.
Why Strategic Advantage exists
Through direct work with established businesses and market-leading luxury real estate professionals, we began to see a recurring problem.
AI was not simply finding businesses. It was forming an understanding of them from websites, third-party evidence, reputation signals, structured information and the relationships between them.
Sometimes that understanding reflected the real business accurately. Sometimes it did not.
That gap became the foundation of Strategic Advantage's work: diagnose how AI currently understands the business, identify where that understanding is incomplete or weakly supported, and strengthen the evidence that allows a more accurate picture to emerge. The work is tested against real AI responses, real citation patterns, live competitive environments and real client positioning.
What we work on
What picture of the business emerges when AI interprets the available information?
Is it clear who the person or organization is and how related entities connect?
Is expertise demonstrated rather than merely claimed?
What credible information supports the professional story?
Is expertise, recognition and work clearly connected to the right person or business?
Do controlled and third-party sources reinforce the same understanding?
Does the available evidence support confidence in the business or professional?
When the context is relevant, is there enough understanding and evidence to enter consideration?
How we think
Our technical background shapes how we see the problem. AI understanding is not only a marketing question. It is an information architecture, identity and attribution question. Disconnected information rarely produces a complete picture.
Boundaries
Clear boundaries protect credibility. This is the position stated plainly, so there is no ambiguity about what our work does and does not claim.
SEO no longer matters.
Traditional search remains important, but AI introduces additional forms of discovery and evaluation.
Every customer now chooses through AI.
AI only needs to influence some valuable decisions for the commercial effect to matter.
A premium website platform is unnecessary.
The website remains central, but no single platform represents the entire digital evidence environment.
AI can be manipulated into recommending a client.
The goal is accurate, supportable understanding built from credible evidence.
More content is always the answer.
Clarity, attribution, authority and coherence can matter more than volume.
We have a universal checklist.
Every established business begins with a different reputation, evidence base, competitive landscape and digital footprint.
Fear should drive action.
Competitive awareness and commercial opportunity should drive rational action.
Who you work with
Strategic Advantage is a boutique practice. Engagements are limited, senior-led and delivered with discretion.
We do not begin by recommending services or tactics. We begin by understanding how AI currently understands the business, where that understanding comes from and whether it reflects the authority the business has actually earned.
Mark and Roseann Lowe work collaboratively as one advisory practice with complementary strengths, not as separate service providers.
